We’re Moving!

Starting Thursday, October 1, we’ll be transitioning our operations to two locations. Our new schedule is below:

Monday and Tuesday: appointments at our new office, 1353 S. 8th St.
Wednesday and Thursday: appointments at PRISM Community Collective, 711 S. Tejon St.
First and third Thursdays: walk-in only at PRISM, no appointment needed! Check out our social channels for exact times!

Why we're making this change

This year, the CDC ended its main grant that funded HIV prevention directly through community organizations like Hey719. That funding supported testing, PrEP navigation, and connecting people to care. Rather than cut services, we're reshaping how we deliver them so you can keep getting free, confidential, judgment-free care in Colorado Springs.
